New Rangers signing Gareth McAuley has told of his Rangers background growing up.

RANGERS can today confirm the signing of Gareth McAuley on a one year deal subject to worldwide clearance.

Twitter user and Rangers fan Coulibaly Cartel was happy with the signing due to the depth and experience brought in by McAuley. "There is a young group of players here and hopefully I can help them with my knowledge, develop them and challenge them to play in the team".
