Video shows Harvey Weinstein's hands-on encounter with rape accuser

Thompson began recording the meeting and was surprised when Weinstein himself showed up and immediately locked the door to the office behind him.

Thompson is among three women now suing the megaproducer for alleged sexual assault. It was filmed when she was 28-years-old, in 2011 during a meeting at The Weinstein Company offices in NY where she was pitching her company to the Hollywood mogul.

Melissa Thompson provided the video to Sky News, and walked the network through the encounter.

Thompson told Sky News that she was expecting to meet with The Weinstein Company's marketing team.

Melissa Thompson, who has previously publicly complained of abusive behaviour by Harvey Weinstein during a 2011 business meeting in NY, gave a tape of the encounter to Sky News.

"It is hot, you're hot", Weinstein replies.

Nike Sales Rise 31% In Days Following Kaepernick Ad Unveiling
Atlanta Falcons football game, which kicked off the start of the NFL season, Nike's first ad, featuring Kaepernick aired. Speaking from the BMW Championship, Woods says Nike is "trying to get out ahead" and "do something special".

"Now I see he's trying, in any way he can, to move me into that zone of comfortable then uncomfortable and confused, and vulnerable, and recognising that he's powerful and I'm not, and that I need this deal from him, and he has the power to give it to me". After rejecting her attempt at a handshake, he is shown greeting Thompson with a hug, during which he rubs her lower back, and throughout the video he touches her on the arms and shoulders. In the footage, Thompson can visibly be seen squirming, and tells Weinstein "that's a little high". "We don't have to live with things that are illegal and abusive".

At points in the video Ms Thompson appears flustered, and loses her train of thought as she tries to continue her pitch.

That's where Thompson says Weinstein raped her.

Nearly immediately, Weinstein asks: "Am I allowed to flirt with you?"

Weinstein is seen asking Thompson.

The women suing Weinstein - Caitlin Dulany, Larissa Gomes and Melissa Thompson - filed the lawsuit on behalf of "hundreds of other females like them" who were subject to "unwanted sexual conduct" from Weinstein "that took many forms: flashing, groping, fondling, harassing, battering, false imprisonment, sexual assault, attempted rape, and/or completed rape".

'Pep Guardiola Should Be At Manchester United, Not Jose Mourinho'
The United boss attempted to hurdle a rope but ended up on the deck in front of fans who were also entering the ground. He is the spiritual child of Johan Cruyff - he played under Cruyff at Barcelona and learned everything from him.

It was at this later meeting that Thompson alleges she was raped by the Hollywood executive.

He said, "What they shared with us, when viewed in its entirety, in context and not in select excerpts, demonstrates that there is nothing forceful, but casual - if not awkward - flirting from both parties".

"I never met anyone that I couldn't handle until Harvey Weinstein", she said. When she arrived, Weinstein asked her to follow him to what she thought was a conference room. "He cornered me over and over again", Thompson said.

Anything short of that is meant to make Mr. Weinstein appear inappropriate, and even exploitative.

But Brafman accused Thompson to trying to bolster her position in the lawsuit. "This is a further attempt to publicly disgrace Mr. Weinstein for financial gain, and we will not stand for it. Facts do matter", the lawyer told People magazine.
