President Moon arrives in North Korea for talks

South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un pose for photographs with the joint statement in Pyongyang, North Korea, Wednesday.

The North also agreed to take additional steps, such as the permanent shutdown of the Yongbyon nuclear facility, depending on the United States' corresponding measures, he added.

The Tonchang-ri missile pad is now expected to be closed permanently, but the dismantlement of the Yongbyon nuclear facility will be dependent on United States actions.

The leaders of both countries signed a declaration after agreeing the Korean peninsula should turn into a "land of peace without nuclear weapons and nuclear threats".

Kim also said he would visit Seoul in the "near future", a move that would make him the first North Korean leader to visit the capital of the South.

Trump added that many of those workers back his presidency, saying the Chinese tariffs are an attempt to influence US elections. However, some products that help computer networks operate, such as routers, will remain on the new list, the official said.

The summit talks began at the ruling Workers' Party headquarters where Kim and Moon were joined by two of their top deputies - spy chief Suh Hoon and presidential security director Chung Eui-yong for Moon, and for Kim, his sister, Kim Yo Jong, and senior Workers' Party official Kim Yong Chol, according to Moon's office.

In Singapore, Kim declared his backing for the denuclearisation of the peninsula, but no details were agreed and Washington and Pyongyang have since sparred over what that means and how it will be achieved.

Afterwards, Moon will attend a performance of the "Mass Games" - North Korea's spectacular propaganda display featuring tens of thousands of performers against an ever-changing backdrop, made up of 17,490 children turning the coloured pages of books in sequence to send images rippling across one side of the May Day stadium.

The two countries will establish a joint military committee to evaluate how to reduce tensions and maintain communication, Mr Moon said. But experts said the document only contained vague promises that would do little to curb the North's nuclear program. "In the meantime there will be no Rocket or Nuclear testing", Mr Trump said on Twitter.

At the start of their meeting Tuesday, Kim thanked Moon for brokering the June summit with Trump.

Vettel, in all probability, will have to win the remaining six races to even have a chance of taking the title. "It was not an ideal session for us, you can figure out what I mean but I think we should have done better".

Kim's latest promises come days before Moon meets Trump in NY on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly next week. Hero remains to continue being returned home to the United States.

The US is said to have demanded a list of North Korea's nuclear arsenal and nuclear inspections. "South and North Korea for the first time agreed on measures for denuclearisation".

In previous, failed talks, North Korea said it could consider giving up its nuclear programme if the USA provided security guarantees by removing troops from South Korea and withdrawing its so-called nuclear umbrella of deterrence from the South and Japan.

In their third summit, Kim and Moon also laid out plans to draw down forces along their heavily fortified border and announced an agreement for their athletes to compete as a single team at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo and to submit a joint bid to host the games in 2032.
