Now Avenatti bring accusation of gang rape against Kavanaugh

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is expected to categorically deny sexually assaulting anyone when he appears at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday - as a third accuser stepped forward with the most damning accusations yet.

According to Swetnick's sworn declaration, tweeted by Avenatti minutes before he posted a photo of Swetnick, the accuser said she first met Kavanaugh and Judge at a Washington, DC-area house party sometime between 1980 and 1981.

In a declaration, Swetnick, who attended Gaithersburg High School in Maryland, said she observed Kavanaugh drinking excessively at house parties and engaging "in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls".

The most explosive of Swetnick's allegations, though, is a claim that she witnessed efforts by Judge, Kavanaugh "and others to "target" particular girls" using spiked punch "so they could be taken advantage of".

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has hinted Reiss Nelson can be part of his first-team plans next season. "He has a big future". It is really frustrating, and I tell you why.

"During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me", Swetnick states.

Kavanaugh has denied all the accusations, and responded to Avenatti's claim by saying: "This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone".

Swetnick's statement was released by her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels, who has claimed to have had a sexual encounter with Donald Trump. "In our 16 years of marriage I have always known Christine to be truthful person of great integrity".

No. 2 Senate GOP leader John Cornyn said the Judiciary panel had asked for interviews and information on new accusations, but he didn't indicate the hearing or planned votes would be delayed. He said his wife mentioned that she was afraid Trump would pick Kavanaugh, who was on his list of candidates. "I think women are standing together in solidarity more so than we were in '91". Ford says Kavanaugh pushed her into a room and pinned her to a bed.

Judge, a conservative author and journalist who was Kavanaugh's classmate at Georgetown Prep high school, had no immediate comment on Swetnick's statement. John Cornyn (R-TX) says he hopes both are treated with respect during the hearing and he's displeased with how the Democrats have handled the allegations.

Two affidavits, from Ford's husband Russell Ford and from the coach of their son's baseball team, say Ford named Kavanaugh as the alleged assailant. Adela Gildo-Mazzon said Ford told her about the alleged assault in June 2013. Ford says that Mark Judge was in the bedroom during the alleged assault. Wilkinson said. "I can not imagine not coming forward when this man was named".

The allegations represent the latest development in the pitched battle in the Senate over whether to confirm Kavanaugh, a conservative federal appeals court judge picked by Trump in July, for a lifetime job on the top USA court.

Minutes after its 10 a.m. start time, Milano tweeted a photo from the scene, writing, "I believe Dr. Christine Blasey Ford".
