Kate Middleton meets World's Best Teacher Andria Zafirakou

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, is celebrating Mental Health Week with primary school children and via a game of show and tell, sharing what makes her happy.

Middleton's visit to both Alperton and Lavender Primary School was in honor of Children's Mental Health Week.

Middleton brought in the popular Christmas family photo to share with everyone and said her husband and children are what make her happy.
