Hands-On: Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia 210

HMD Global says the camera lenses are all certified by Zeiss and come with the branding at the back. A lot of the features you might expect just aren't on this camera. Following closely behind Samsung's new Galaxy lineup, the Nokia 9 Pureview also utilizes in-display fingerprint sensor technology.

But what truly sets the Nokia 9 apart from the crowd are its cameras.

Nokia 210 is an internet enabled feature phone with an App Store and Opera browser pre-loaded on to it.

It will be good to test the Nokia 9 further, though, as this is a phone that does away with optical zooming and goes all in on digital. We don't know exactly which sensor it is right now (we're trying to find out), but we do know that it has 1.25µm pixels.

Xiaomi just unveiled an incredibly cheap 5G smartphone at MWC 2019
Xiaomi doesn't now release its phones in the United States , so it's unlikely you'll be able to buy the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G there. Xiaomi claims its 5G smartphone will be theoretically capable of downloading a 15-minute video sized 256MB in just 1 second.

The five cameras at the back are said to be arranged in a circle.

Notably, the company past year showcased a total of five Nokia devices with the banana-shaped Nokia 8110 being one among them. Nokia 4.2 has dual 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel rear cameras, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Noise reduction on the phone was moved from the GPU to the DPU, resulting in a 3x speed improvement while using 10x less power. Along with the Nokia 9 PureView, HMD Global is also expected to launch a few other Android One smartphones at the event. It's a custom solution and moving that to Snapdragon 855 would have introduced long delays.

The phone also shoots in RAW, giving you more flexibility in post-processing. The camera comes with support up to 4K for video, but only a single lens is used for recording the video.

. There's no word on whether the phone will be available through any USA carriers, but it's doubtful since HMD stressed the phone will ship with pure Android. Here are some official shots from HMD. This is a handset that is full of imaging innovation and one that has the ability to create images with rich detail. What you get at the end remains to be seen, but the aim is to produce incredible photos. Nokia 3.2 will retail at $139 (Rs 10,000 approx). It's not unique - pretty much everyone offers similar refocusing all the way back to the HTC One M8 in 2014 - but this is likely to be more accurate than any previous system. Now you can re-focus, adjust blur and saturation across the scene, even after you have captured the shot.

Each of the cameras has the same focal length and field of view. But JPEG is a compressed format and a lot of data is stripped out making it smaller and ideal for sharing, but bad for editing. Using the preinstalled Google Photos app, you can make the background out of focus to highlight the foreground or vice versa. The Finnish has reportedly optimized the camera algorithms using the SD845 that has been available since quite some time. Nokia is partnering with Adobe for lens profiles that it will release soon.
