NPR is reporting that 57-year-old Cesar Altieri Sayoc has pleaded guilty before a federal judge in NY for terrorizing American citizens, politicians, and news organizations when he mailed numerous pipe bombs to damn near everyone who was critical and/or truthful about Donald Trump's deplorable ways.
Cesar Sayoc entered the plea Thursday before a federal judge in NY.
Sayoc was arrested in late October at a Plantation auto parts store.

"Thankfully no one was hurt by these unsafe devices, but his actions left an air of fear and divisiveness in their wake", Berman said.
Each device, Sayoc said, consisted of a plastic pipe with a digital alarm clock and attached wires.
"I'm truly sorry", he said.
The change-of-plea hearing was revealed last week after a phone conference between prosecutors, Sayoc's lawyers and a judge.
People who knew Sayoc have described his peripatetic existence, saying that he lived for years out of his van while working as a DJ or bouncer at strip clubs.

CNN's NY bureau was evacuated in October after the discovery of a package with an explosive device addressed to former CIA Director John Brennan, officials said.
Sayoc is accused of sending bubble-wrapped manila envelopes to other elite Democrats such as Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Cory Booker and Kamala Harris; and major Democratic donors, including George Soros and Tom Steyer - and to CNN's offices in October 2018.
Over several days, investigators tracked the packages to a mail center in Opa-locka. "Sayoc has taken responsibility for his crimes, and will soon be sentenced to significant time in prison".

Prosecutors say evidence against Sayoc included DNA linking him to 10 of the explosive devices and fingerprints on two of them. "Our democracy will simply not survive if our political discourse includes sending bombs to those we disagree with".
